What's Covered

Our warranty protects your jewellery against manufacturing defects and craftsmanship issues, including:

Replating

If your gold vermeil loses its lustre over time, we'll replate it to restore its original beauty.

Repairs

From loose stones to broken clasps, we'll repair any manufacturing defects at no cost to you.

How to Make a Claim

Making a warranty claim is simple:

  1. Contact us at hi@yulura.com with your order number and photos of your piece
  2. Once confirmed by us, send your jewellery back to us in its original packaging
  3. We'll assess and repair your piece
  4. Your jewellery will be returned to you, beautifully restored

Please keep your proof of purchase – you'll need this to validate your warranty claim.

What's Not Covered

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, but does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper care
  • Loss or theft
  • Modifications made by third parties
  • Engraved or personalised pieces (unless the defect is unrelated to personalisation)

Caring for Your Jewellery

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing, or exercising
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals
  • Store in the protective pouch provided, away from direct sunlight
  • Clean gently with a soft, lint-free cloth
